Order processing
Orders are usually processed within within 5 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and aren’t guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur during busy periods or because of circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
If tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking link by email after dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has begun processing.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@shoko-shoko.com with your order number. Keep the packaging and provide photographs if an item arrives damaged.
