I’ve drawn many maps over the years, but never an entire country - so it feels fitting that Tanzania gets to be the first! Home to Africa’s highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro, the world’s largest volcanic crater, the source of the Nile, and Africa’s deepest lake, Tanzania is a land of breathtaking contrasts and ancient stories. Often called the cradle of humankind, some even believe it to be the site of the original Garden of Eden. A truly majestic place!
